About
I began my career in architecture, working across design and BIM environments where I developed a deep understanding of how technical expertise is applied in practice. Over time, I became increasingly interested not only in how buildings are designed, but in how professional expertise itself is structured, positioned, and communicated.
Through BIM leadership roles, consulting work, and my time at Graphisoft, a global leader in AEC software, I gained international experience across the UK, Hungary, and Colombia. This exposed me to how technical professionals and firms operate, grow, and position their services in evolving markets.
I saw firsthand how highly skilled professionals often struggled to translate deep expertise into clear, sustainable business structures. This gradually shifted my focus from designing buildings and implementing technical solutions to helping design the businesses behind them.
